What are the advantages of being a customer of the online store?

What payment methods can I use?
- Stripe: Accept all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Also Accept payments from your iOS app, Android app, or mobile website.
- PayPal: Is a payment method that allows you to securely and simply pay through VISA, Master, AMEX, Maestro and Discovery cards, without disclosing personal financial information;

How are products delivered?
All orders up to 2kg sent by ICONIKFIGURE, Lda, national and international, are dispatched through CTT services. The delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination. It can vary between 2 to plus then 10 business days.
For orders weighing more than 2kg, the shipping method will be defined during the operation and in tune with the Customer.
You can still choose to collect the order at our premises.
Do I get a purchase invoice?
The invoice is available online after the completion of the purchase process.
How do I place an order?
Just select the products you want to buy, add them to the cart, choose the payment method, the delivery mode and send us the online order, not forgetting to fill in the necessary data, so we can get you to order.
How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order simply contact us at email@example.com.
If the order has already been sent to the destination address, you must wait for delivery and return it by the same route. ICONIK FIGURE, Lda does not assume the costs of return for cancellation of the order.
What are the costs of deliveries?
The shipping costs are variable, depending on the weight of the same and the country of destination.
If I am not satisfied with a product that I received or is damaged, what can I do?
One of our main concerns is customer satisfaction. However, if something unusual happens and you are not satisfied with any product you have received, you should contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to resolve the situation. We are at your entire disposal to receive your suggestions and solve all your problems.
